In this hilarious and sweet novel, we follow a year in the life of Bridget Jones as she sets out on a journey of self-improvement. Her goals: Lose weight, go to the gym, stop smoking, and enter into an adult relationship. Outcome: laugh-out -loud moments and a heartwarming story. This 1996 novel was written by author Helen Fielding. She lives in London and has written a number of novels including several sequels to the Bridget Jones story.

 The Devil Wears Prada

Written by Lauren Weisberger and published in 2003 this is the story of Andrea Sachs and the boss from hell. Andrea scores the job of a lifetime when she graduates college, working as the assistant to Miranda, editor of Runway magazine. But Andrea finds every day to be a new and often outrageous test as Miranda almost expects her to read her mind and get her anything at the drop of a hat. Andrea perceivers with her eye on her future but this job may just kill her before she gets there.

P.S. I Love You

She is a writer who lives in Dublin. She has published many novels now and her books have been published in 50 countries.

Now she has to wait and see what he will do. This book was written by Sophie Kinsella in 2003. She is an English author of many best-selling books.

Written in 2004 by Emily Griffin, this novel is sweet, funny, and full of the bonds of friendship.
